PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and high volume periods).
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at the time of checkout based on location and selected shipping method.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship throughout the United States and to select international destinations. Available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.
LOST, DELAYS, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once your order has been shipped and you have received your tracking information, The Blueprint Nail Co. is no longer accepting any responsibility to lost, delayed, or damages items while in transit. If you are experiencing any shipping issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tacking number. The carrier will have to the most up to date information regarding your shipment and can help with filing a claim if necessary.
ADDRESS INFORMATION
Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order. Shipping address cannot be changed after order is placed. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or other reasons a refund will be processed, minus the original shipping fee.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please note that international orders may be subject to custom duties, import tax, VAT, brokerage fees, or other custom charges imposed by your country's custom authority. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
